I now have available for sale a CD of my recent lecture Pictures on Permajet.     This is available from me at £12 + 75p for post and packing and is a good idea to have in hand in case a speaker lets you down or even for your own personal viewing.    This talk covers the landscape and villages of Holland, Alsace and a journey through France although it is not a travelogue - it is just that I seem to have more opportunities for pictures when I am on holiday.

More titles will follow when I get the recording done!     Watch this space!     Feedback Below.

Hello Irene,

I bought your recorded lecture at Smethwick a few weeks ago on behalf of Vale of Evesham Camera Club.

We had occasion to show it on Monday as our booked speaker was unwell and cancelled at the last minute. I thought I would let you know that it went down well with our membership and there were chuckles at the appropriate places!       There was also applause at the end so it was well appreciated.

Thank you very much for the work you put into recording – it was the next best thing to yourself in person!

Kind regards,    Sally Hammond    Programme Secretary  VECC

On behalf of the Studley Camera Club I would like to thank you for the wonderful recorded lecture we had on Wednesday evening this week.

Apart from wonderful pictures the number of effects you can gain by moving a little and the different technique that you used was superb.

Will you be making any more recorded lectures ?.  We will be watching closely, Thankyou again,

Rosemary Morris, Chairman and Programme Secretary of Studley Camera Club

The announcement of my retirement from lecturing is premature!

This is not yet the case.     I withdrew from the PAGB Handbook as my husband, Gerry, is now 80 and he felt it would be necessary to slow down a bit and restrict my lecturing to local clubs as long distance driving on dark nights is becoming tedious.    However now that he has actually reached this milestone, he feels that maybe he will carry on driving me around for a bit longer so I am still taking bookings for the 2012/13 season.

Perhaps some local clubs will consider collecting us from Wellington?    That would certainly help.

If you live further away perhaps you would like to consider coming for the weekend.      There is plenty to see and photograph around Ironbridge and don't forget Blist's Hill Victorian Village and the Black Country Museum.

All offer great photographic opportunities.    Hope to see you soon.
